This service has been designed to deliver high resolution images and product information to our trade partners and customers. Please bear in mind that the images are large files. It is recommended that where possible, you use a Broadband, ADSL, or other high-bandwidth connection to do the downloads.

Anyone may browse the gallery, but if you require high resolution images (that can be used in your own product catalogues for example), you need to REGISTER first. We will approve your registration application and inform you when your registration becomes active. Thereafter, you may LOGIN to this service and download the high resolution images to your hard drive, after which you can apply them to your media, catalogues and other publicity materials.

The website is fully searchable - or you can browse each album for the images you require.

Navigate the site by clicking on images, OR by following the "bread-crumb" links in the navigator bar (under the header image). There are also sidebar links that appear, depending on what you are doing in the website.

When you find images that you want, simply ADD them to your "lightbox".

You can add entire albums to your lightbox (Add Album to lightbox), or, once you are viewing individual images within a given album, you can add these to your lightbox (Add Photo to lightbox). You can view the contents of your lightbox by clicking relevant links, and when your lightbox contains all the images you require, VIEW your lightbox and use the DROPDOWN menu titled "Lightbox Actions" and select "Download in Zip". Click "GO".

To REMOVE a photo (or photos) from your lightbox, tick the checkbox next to "REMOVE". Then, select "Update quantities" from the "Lightbox Actions" dropdown, and click "GO".

We recommend that you do not select too many images to "zip" at one go. These are large files and can take time (even when zipped) to download. Four or five images added to your lightbox is a safe number to zip up and download.

This will generate a ZIP file containing all the images you have selected. A popup box will ask you if you wish to SAVE this file on your hard drive. Save it to a folder of your choice. The zip file can now be extracted using an unzip applet (winzip) and the images will then be available to you.

Once you have downloaded a zip file, you must EMPTY your lightbox using the "Lightbox Actions" dropdown menu if you want to create another zip file with different images. Select "Empty Lightbox" and click "GO".

For single image downloads, you can choose to display the largest size of the image (use the sizing dropdown options that appear with each image). When the large size image displays, right-click on it and "save target as" to a filename and folder of your choice.

If you LOG OUT of the service with photos still in your lightbox, these will be deleted from your lightbox. When you log in again, your lightbox will be empty.

TEXT descriptions that accompany each image can be highlighted with your cursor, copied to clip-board, then pasted into a text editor of your choice.

The IMAGE NAME and PRODUCT CODE are similarly named, enabling you to later cross-reference the text description with its associated image.

You can EDIT your personal information by clicking the "Your Account" link in the navigator bar.
